At SM Visa we have a no visa no fee system. If your visa application is unsuccessful we will refund  your fee within two working days. Any costs we had will be deducted wand will be shown on your statement. These are normally postage and courier costs. The initial consultancy fee will not be refunded.

If your application is denied because of wrong, Illegal, or misleading info supplied by you our fee will not be refunded.

.Payment of at least 50% of our fee plus the full Home Office fee is payable on application. The remainder of the amount must be paid either when receiving the visa documents or by agreeing and signing of our payment option.

In some cases it may be in your own interest to refer you to a specialist in your field. In such cases we will discuss this with you before we give your details to a third party. We do not charge a fee for this.

There are no hidden costs at SM Visa. The fee you see is the fee you pay. Home office fees do not form part of our fees and is not refundable.
