not be charged any fees should your Visa application be unsuccessful. (Home Office fees are not refundable)

We have kept our website plain and simple. We don't have all the different Visa
types on our site due to its wide availability on the Net.  It is our
responsibility to help you in the right direction when you apply for the
necessary Visa.

How we work.

On your first contact with us, you will be asked a comprehensive list of
questions, and based on your answers we will be able to assess whether you have
the possibility to apply in success for a Visa.  Should we feel that you, for
whatever reasons, may not qualify for a Visa, you will be informed as such.  We
will not entertain you with false hope.  There is NO COST involved in this
initial contact. 

If you decide to apply for the Visa, using our services:
We work on appointments only, either at our office in Stoke on Trent or at your
home / office. There is a £50.00 (per hour or part thereof) +17.5% VAT
consultation charge. This charge is non refundable, but will be deducted from
our fee if your application is successful. Please make sure you read our terms
and conditions. You will get a copy of this at our first meeting. First
consultation normally takes about an hour.

All fees must be paid in full before any applications will be submitted.
Once we submit your application we will keep in constant touch regarding the
process of your application.

Once we receive the documents back from the Home Office you will be contacted
and arrangements will be made on the collection or postage of the documents.
